All customers placing orders on December 16th need to call customer service to arrange for shipping options in order to guarantee delivery before Christmas.

A $2.00 handling fee will be charged for each order.

The Custom Gift Box will have a $5.00 special handling fee.

Unless notified, all orders with street addresses will be shipped United Parcel Service. Orders with P.O. Boxes only will be shipped Priority Mail. Shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.

In warm weather (April 1 - October 15, depending on weather), we will ship cheese products by UPS Next-Day Air or Second Day Air. Only regional shipments in the Midwest will be considered for UPS Ground shipping if the temperature allows it. All cheese orders will be packed and shipped in a Styrofoam cooler with re-freezable ice bricks (an additional $6.00) to keep the product cool.

Bulk cheese weights may vary slightly. All orders will be packed and shipped as close to the ordered weight as possible.
